At PACE Made Jewellery, each piece is carefully handcrafted and quality checked before being sent to you. We want you to love your purchase, so please read our policy below before placing your order.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges may be approved at our discretion and are subject to the item being returned:
• Unworn and unused
• In original condition and packaging
• Free from damage, perfumes, lotions or other signs of wear
Customers are responsible for all return and exchange postage costs.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Due to the personalised nature of custom-made jewellery, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on:
• Custom-designed pieces
• Personalised items
• Made-to-order jewellery
• Special order items
Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item
If the item is deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Jewellery Care
Our jewellery is designed to be durable, however normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, excessive water or misuse are not considered manufacturing faults.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for safely packaging and returning items. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
